Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using BizTrack LK, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use BizTrack LK for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
About BizTrack LK
BizTrack LK is a product by Ceynov Labs. It provides tools that help businesses manage customers, products and services, quotations, invoices, orders, and payment records. BizTrack LK is a record-keeping and document-management tool; recording a payment does not itself process or guarantee a transfer of money.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping sign-in details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Only give access to people authorised to act for your business, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the information and records entered through your account;
- having the right or permission to store and use customer and business information;
- keeping your own business, tax, and accounting records as required;
- following laws and obligations that apply to your business; and
- maintaining suitable copies of records you need outside the service.
Business document accuracy
BizTrack LK helps you prepare business documents but does not verify the information you enter. You are responsible for checking each quotation and invoice—including customer details, items, prices, quantities, totals, taxes, dates, and payment information—before sending or relying on it. You are also responsible for deciding whether a document meets the legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements that apply to your business.
Subscription plans and limits
BizTrack LK currently offers Free Starter, Basic, and Pro. Each plan has its own features and limits, as shown on the pricing page or when you subscribe. Quotation and invoice limits are monthly usage limits and reset each month. Customer and product or service limits apply to records saved in your account.
If you reach a plan limit, you may need to wait for a monthly limit to reset, reduce saved records where appropriate, or move to another plan. Plan features and limits may be updated as the service changes.
Launch offer
The Basic launch offer is available to new customers: Basic is LKR 1,000/month for the first 3 months for new customers, then LKR 2,500/month unless changed. Basic plan limits continue to apply during the offer.
Payments and renewals
Paid-plan prices and billing periods are shown when you subscribe. Available payment methods and whether renewal is automatic or requires a new payment will be shown or communicated as part of your subscription arrangement. You are responsible for fees due under that arrangement. Contact us before your next billing date if you have a question about a renewal or cancellation.
Free Starter plan
Free Starter is the LKR 0 plan and is provided with saved-record and monthly usage limits. It is intended to let businesses test or use BizTrack LK at a smaller volume. The current limits are shown on the pricing page. We may take reasonable steps to prevent misuse of the free service.
Public sharing links
When you create or share a public quotation or invoice link, people who receive the link—or to whom it is forwarded—may be able to view the document. You control when and with whom you share a link and are responsible for checking its contents and intended recipient before sending it. Do not include information that is unnecessary or that you do not have permission to share.
Acceptable use
You must not use BizTrack LK to:
- break a law or infringe another person’s rights;
- create or distribute fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful documents;
- upload malicious code or interfere with the service or its users;
- gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, or systems;
- send spam or misuse public sharing links; or
- copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly allows it.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or others, or to address a breach of these terms.
Service availability
We work to keep BizTrack LK reliable, but the service may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network problems, provider failures, security needs, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
BizTrack LK is a tool to support your business processes. You remain responsible for business decisions, document accuracy, tax or legal compliance, collections, and maintaining records you need. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BizTrack LK and Ceynov Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or loss caused by information you enter, documents you send, or your use of public links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to the service
We may improve, add, remove, or change features, plans, limits, and these terms as BizTrack LK develops. We will publish updated terms on this page and change the date above. Where a change is important, we may provide additional notice through the service or another appropriate channel. Your continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
